  The ourside washing procedure is from bottle entering, outside washing,bottle out. It is controlled by PLC automatically through precise orientation with little man power and low working intensity.

 There are various of different length and thickness brushes installated around and top to bottom at the washing working positions. Brush motor starts rotating to brush with a high speed. At the same time, water pump gets the clean water. Because of high speed and reverse rotating of the brush motor, the original vertical brush was open by centrifugal action to achieve better effect.
